I don't know, why i had the idea for this stamp at the moment. But i can tell you, that i know who important it is to do organ donation.
i have a organ donation pass for a couple of years (i don't know if something like that excists in other countries). I don't need my heart, my retina, my kidney or something like this anymore, when i'm dead (i don't think, someone wants to have my lungs) I believe, that someone else needs them more than my dead body. i want to help people, and that's the last thing we can do.

Why do i think, this is important?
1) My uncle had diapetes, and his kidneys didn't work well, he had to go to the kidney dialysis for years. (He had a lot of other things, but i don't think, it matters in this case) One day, after waiting for years, he got a new kidney and a new pancreas. His health was much better with them, and the diapetes wasn't that bad anymore.
2) The niece of my grandmother had a kidney failure. She's still alive, but just because one of her sister's kidneys fitted.

Just talk to your parents, your husband, your wife, your kids. Tell them, how important it is to do organ donation. Tell them, what you think about, what you want.

I carry my organ donation pass in my pocket all the time. It's just a small piece of paper, but that's all it needs. You can mark with a cross what you want to. You can mark yes, yes but only..., yes with the exception of, No or the person you want to decide...
You notice, it's not something really hard. Just simple. But the last way to save lives.
